Peek-a-Boo Tweak adds 3D Touch and Peek & Pop to incompatible Devices

We are back with another interesting Cydia tweak – Peek-a-boo. This tweak successfully ported the 3D touch function to iPhone 6S and 6S Plus. With this new function, you can quickly preview settings of many apps without even opening them.

It is now fully compatible with devices running iOS 10. here’s a tweet by the developer that confirms this –

Peek-a-Boo adds 3D Touch and Peek & Pop function on all non-compatible devices on iOS 10. This tweak works in Mail, Photos, Safari, Music and many others applications.

The most important feature of Peekaboo, by far, is its support for the Message application. This is very important as you can quickly preview a message very without needing to open it.

When you activate Peek-a-Boo in the Message app, you can respond quickly to any of them by either writing a new message written or replying through canned responses. To enable this feature, you just have to activate Peek-a-Boo while sweeping the preview to the top of your screen.
