Another day, another tweak. This new tweak aims to port yet another iOS 11 feature to iOS 10. Here’s how it works.

How ControlCenterXI Works

The iOS 11 Control Center, no matter how wacky, is a highly requested feature by jailbreakers. There are a few Cydia tweaks that port it over to iOS 10 but nothing quite works with the finesse of ControlCenterXI.

ControlCenterXI Cydia tweak brings the new modular Control Center present in iOS 11 to iOS 10. It is developed by tweak developers LaughingQuoll and Antique Dev. 

It is the second Cydia tweak in the Eleven bundle of tweaks. For the uninitiated, Eleven is a project by tweak developers LaughingQuoll and Antique Dev to port all iOS 11 user interface elements to iOS 10.

This new Control Center is fully compatible with 3D Touch. If you happen to own a device that doesn’t have this functionality, you can substitute it with a long press.

It comes with a dark mode, FlipControlCenter and “Lighten CC” feature to integrate better with iOS 10 native interface.

The compatibility with other tweaks is limited at this point. It doesn’t support Polus and Horseshoe (automatically removed once you install this tweak).

At $1.50, this tweak offers a solid Control Center enhancement. Recommended.

The developers are also working to fix the overheating issue because it is affecting quite a few users. I’m sure ijapija00 is also working on a free alternative for this tweak.

ControlCenterXI is available for download on BigBoss Cydia repo for $1.50. It is compatible only with iOS 10.
