What’s new in iOS 12.3 Beta 3?
iOS 12.3 Developer Beta 3 aims to fix the bugs and glitches that plagued users on Beta 2. The build number of this update is 16F5139e and it weighs about 350-400MB on all devices.
Although the official changelog is yet to go public, several users have reported that Apple has fixed the USB accessory bug in this update.
On the flip side, there’s a minor change (or a bug) in the Apple TV app that erroneously opens the corresponding app when the user taps on any of the events in the “Sports” tab.
Further, tapping a live event also opens the corresponding app instead of going to the relevant page in the app itself.
Some Verizon LTE users have also complained about a new Safari bug that fails to load webpages that are not bookmarks.
For those enrolled in Apple’s developer program, this update can be downloaded through the Apple Developer Center. If you don’t have a developer account, you can get this update using the OTA update or IPSW files below.

Should you update?
If you are using iOS 12.3 Beta 2, then by all means, update your Apple device to the latest update. The reason being that this update had a lot of issues that constantly bugged the users.
Jailbreak users, as always, should stay on the lowest firmware version possible to ensure compatibility with future jailbreak tool updates.
