Tonight, almost three weeks after the release of iOS 10.2.1 Beta 2, Apple has released iOS 10.2.1 beta 3 for developers. The build number is 14D23 . This second beta brings bug fixes and performance improvements as usual. This beta is only 61.2 MB in size.
If you are a developer, it is possible to upgrade to beta 3 build of iOS 10.2.1 directly from your device settings. For other users, you must have a developer account or use a link allowing you to download. Before you start, we recommend that you back up your iOS device (using iTunes or iCloud).
If you already have the profile, to download this update, go to Settings > General > Software Update.
The downgrade of this beta to 10.2 is always possible. So in case you want to test it by yourself, in order to form your own opinion of it or if you want to wait for a possible jailbreak release for this version.
iOS 10.2.1 brings no innovations with it. It is a minor update only for bug fixes and optimizations under the hood.
For all you jailbreakers out there, you are better off with saving SHSH2 blobs (with TSSChecker) and staying on 10.1.1.
