Should you update?
Yes, I recommend upgrading to iOS 11.3 final version to all users who are currently using an outdated beta version.
The older beta builds contain a lot of bugs, which are no longer present in the final update.
For those of you who are interested in a jailbreak, stick to the lowest firmware possible. Anything below iOS 11.2.6 will be fine right now.

Hey , can I get a link to the developer profile for the GM
It’s already available publicly, just go to the Settings and install it.
is it best to restore iphone from a beta profile?
like i can’t just delete the profile/configuration?
Beta profile only updates your device, it doesn’t restore. To restore, you must use iTunes.
