Another day, another tweak. A new Cydia tweak has just been released that allows you to play with iOS user interface. Let’s find out how it works.

How SpringToolz Works

SpringToolz is a new Springboard tweak that allows you change icon shape. It comes loaded with over twenty icon shapes.

SpringToolz also comes with several new features such as Icon Shadows, Shape Animations and “Icon Satellites”. All these features are self-explanatory except the “Icon Satellites” feature.

This feature is really unique and I have never seen anything like this at all. What it does is add dots that revolve around the icons like a satellite. You can even select the number of satellite dots you want to enable.

This jailbreak tweak adds a whole new dimension to iOS customization. If you are into iOS setups and customization, you would want to install this tweak.

To change icon shape, simply navigate to Settings > SpringToolz and select the icon shape of your choice.

Remember, Shape Animations and Icon Satellites are experimental features. If you experience issues after enabling these features, I suggest you turn them off immediately.
