Meridian Jailbreak is under development
Ben Sparkes aka PsychoTea is working on Meridian, an iOS 10.3-10.3.3 jailbreak for 64-bit devices. Just like LiberiOS jailbreak, this jailbreak also relies on an existing exploit (v0rtex).
As far as KPP bypass goes, it utilizes hacker Xerub’s KPPless jailbreak technique.
Sparkes recently demonstrated this tool on Twitter on an iPhone 7 running iOS 10.3.1 firmware. It is also compatible with all other 64-bit devices, including iPhone 7 plus, as well.
Here’s a video demonstration of this tool.

As is evident, Cydia doesn’t work right out of the box because it is obsolete. There’s no IPA or XCode project for testing thus far.
Eminent hacker Jake James is also working on an iOS 10.3.3 jailbreak. He is making solid progress so far and updating v0rtex-injector with new offsets on a regular basis.
Both these developers are working independently of each other.
When will it be released?
According to the developer, this tool is a work in progress and a lot of work still remains. Moreover, he also intends to make it compatible with older versions of iOS, for example, iOS 10.1.1 and 10.2.
As of now, all developers are waiting for Saurik to update MobileSubstrate. Once he updates it, both iOS 10 and 11 jailbreak tools will come to fruition.
A stable build of this tool will only come once a full-blown iOS 11 jailbreak releases.
