PerfectFit Tweak Resizes Old Apps for New Resolutions

Another day, another tweak. Developer Tony Kraft has updated another useful tweak for iOS 10 – PerfectFit. It’s a great addition to your ever increasing arsenal of tweaks. Let’s find out more about this tweak.

Apple has switched to new displays and resolutions. However, some apps from the App Store still rely on older resolutions and do not work properly on newer devices.

Older apps that were designed for iPhone 4S or earlier result in blank spaces at the top and bottom of the screen.  Although, this is not an inconvenience but it can ruin the experience. This is where PerfectFit comes in.

PerfectFit Cydia tweak

PerfectFit Cydia tweak lets you adjust the size of the apps to fit the resolution of the screens of your iOS device. Even though Apple has reminded App Store developers to update their applications for newer displays, many apps are still not updated as expected.

PerfectFit is a great FullForce alternative. For those who don’t know, FullForce tweak by Ryan Petrich, does exactly the same thing. However, it is not compatible with iOS 10 as of now.

Once you’ve installed this amazing tweak, go to its settings and activate it for different applications that don’t support the native resolution.
