JBME102 – JailbreakMe User Interface for yalu102

Everyone loves a good dose of nostalgia and us jailbreakers, even more so. Here’s a new Yalu remodel that will bring back some sweet memories from the good old iOS 4 days.

What is JMBE102?

Admit it, we all miss the original JailbreakMe tool. It was so simple and easy to use – just fire up Safari web browser, slide, and your device would get jailbroken.

Although the days of simple jailbreak tools are long gone now, we can still enjoy the user interface of these older tools. This is where this new Yalu fork comes in.

JBME102 is a brand-new interface that brings the old school JailbreakMe interface to Yalu jailbreak. It is developed by Cydia tweak developer ArtikusHG.

Here’s how it looks like in action.

Since it’s just a user interface enhancement, it doesn’t actually serve any purpose. Several users were commenting about its compatibility on this tweet below.

Again, the compatibility remains the same, that is, iOS 10-10.2, just like the original yalu102.

How to install JBME102 on iPhone, iPad, and iPod

The process remains exactly the same. Here’s what you need to do –

Step 1 Firstly, you need to download the IPA file from the download link above and get hold of Cydia Impactor.

Step 2 Sideload the IPA file onto your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Step 3 Once the app is available on your home screen, open it and simply slide to initiate the jailbreak process. That’s all there’s to it!

There also exists a similar JBME concept for iOS 10-10.2, however, it is not as good as this one. Now, all we need is a remodel for extra_recipe and mach_portal jailbreak tools.
