What’s new in iOS 12.3 Beta 4?
iOS 12.3 Beta 4 weighs about 200MB and its build number is 16F5148a. This is a minor update that focuses on fixing bugs as well as improving the performance and stability of the device.
Due to the fact that we are inching closer to this year’s WWDC, we will not see any major improvements or features in beta updates. Things will only start gaining steam once we are a few days away from Apple’s annual developer conference.
As the public beta version is already out, you can download and use the official beta profile from Settings > General > Software Update. For those who want to perform a clean restore, we recommend upgrading using the IPSW firmware file below.

Should you upgrade?
iOS 12.3 Beta 4 is a fairly minor update and won’t do you any good if your device is already running smoothly. If you are a beta junkie who likes to stay on top of every beta, we recommend waiting for a couple more weeks before you update.
Jailbreak users, as always, should steer clear of any latest beta update.
