Apple has just seeded a new beta update of iOS 11.3 only to developers. You can download it via OTA or iTunes without a developer account using the links given below.
What’s new in iOS 11.3 beta 3?
iOS 11.3 beta 3 update weighs 362.7MB on iPhone X and over 300MB on almost all other devices. Its build number is 15E5189f.
Going by its size, it’s obviously a minor update and doesn’t include major changes apart from a few bug fixes.
However, users are reporting a massive boost in the loading speed of stock applications, which suggests this update comes with a few performance improvements.
Along with a new beta version of iOS, Apple has also released betas for macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 and tvOS 11.3 firmware. Surprisingly, there was no watchOS update this time around.
You can grab the firmware file below to update via iTunes or you could just download the OTA profile for an instant update.

Should you upgrade?
iOS 11.3 is really buggy at the moment and I recommend waiting it out until a major update drops by.
If you are already on iOS 11.2.6, stay where you are and don’t upgrade. I also recommend updating to this version if you are a beta addict and are currently using beta 2 which is really buggy.
For those of you who are on iOS 11.2.5 or below versions, I highly recommend updating to version 11.2.6 as it fixes the dreaded Telugu character bug.
