Home Depot Jailbreak RC1 Released for iOS 9.1-9.3.4

Jailbreak developer jk9357 has just released Release Candidate 1 (RC1) of Home Depot jailbreak. Let’s find out what changes have been implemented in this version.

For those who don’t know, Home Depot is a jailbreak for 32-bit devices running iOS 9.

Earlier, it only supported a few version of iOS 9. However, the RC1 update supports any version from iOS 9.1-9.3.4.

This update brings several changes as well.

  • Supports all 32-bit iOS devices
  • 3 new tracks have been added to Mixtape Player.
  • Mixtape Player displays lyrics.
  • Saves a log of the jailbreak process.
  • Improved stability on iPod touch 5.

Will Home Depot Jailbreak work on 9.3.5?

Unfortunately, this jailbreak tool will not work for devices running iOS 9.3.5 firmware. If your device is running this version, wait for the iOS 9.3.5 downgrade tool that will be released in a few days.

Interestingly, Fried Apple Team is also working on an iOS 9.3.5 jailbreak. It will be showcased in the BlackHat Asia 2017 conference.
