Today we have a new tweak on our hands called Harp. It is developed by Candoizo. Let’s find out more about this tweak.
Harp is a brand new Cydia tweak that allows you to get haptic feedback while using music controls. It works only on lock screen and Control Center.
Harp also offers three preferences in its Settings section. You can enable and disable it on
- Media Controls
- Volume bar
- Audio Scrubber
Apple introduced the haptic engine technology in iPhone 6S and iPhone 7. If you don’t know, haptic feedback lets you feel haptic sensations in the form of vibrations under your fingers.
It is not necessary but it sure makes your experience much more immersive.
It has one shortcoming though. It doesn’t work for the music application. If you want a complete tweak, go for HapticFeedback. It’s a free tweak so I really can’t complain about it.
I really don’t feel the need to get such functionality on my device. If you have a Taptic Engine compatible device, you can try it.
Harp is available for download on BigBoss Cydia repo.source for free. It is compatible fully with iOS 10.
