Download GBC.emu Emulator for iOS without Jailbreak

What is GBC.emu?

GBC.emu is an emulator for Game Boy Color. It is now available for Apple’s iOS operating system as a standalone IPA file, which you can sideload even without a jailbreak.

How to Install GBC.emu on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod without Jailbreak

Step 1 Download the IPA from the link given above and copy it to your desktop.

Step 2 Download Cydia Impactor from this link. Connect your device to the computer and wait for this program to recognize it.

Step 3 Drag the IPA from step 1 to Cydia Impactor’s window to initiate the installation process.

Step 4 Key in your username and password when it prompts you to do so and wait for it to sideload the IPA file. 

Step 5 Once the installation process is complete, the emulator app will be present on your home screen. However, you will not be able to launch it without proper permissions.

Step 6 To authenticate this app, go to Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management and select the profile with your Apple ID and trust this app.

Step 7 You can now safely open the GBC.emu and use it to run your favorite retro games. That’s all there’s to it!
