Time for another Cydia fix. Many users are reporting that Cydia is not opening after using Yalu jailbreak on iOS 10. Some users are not able to install packages in Cydia as well. Don’t give up as we have a quick fix for you.
This error occurs due to the corrupted Cydia files. It can usually be fixed with a complete restore. However, if you haven’t saved SHSH2 blobs, you are out luck as iOS 10.2 is no longer signed.

How to Fix “Can’t Open Cydia after Jailbreak” on iOS 10 [TUTORIAL]
Step 1 Hard reset your iOS device. This can be done by holding Sleep/Wake and Home button together for 10 seconds.
If you are on iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 plus, hold the Power and Volume down button together.
Step 2 Start Yalu app and let it put your device in jailbreak mode. Your device must stay in jailbreak state for iFile to work.
Step 3 Install iFile.ipa with Cydia Impactor. If you don’t know how to use Cydia Impactor, follow this tutorial.
Step 4 Start iFile and go to /var/mobile/Library/Cydia/metadata.cb0.
Step 5 Edit and delete metadata.cb0.
Step 6 Go to /var/mobile/Library/Caches.
Step 7 Look for com.saurik.Cydia. Select Edit and delete the entire folder.
Step 8 Restart your iOS device.
Step 9 Re-jailbreak your device with Yalu. Follow this tutorial if you don’t know how to re-jailbreak.
