Apple to unveil new iPad Pro, MacBook Air on October 30

It is official: Apple has just announced the iPad event 2018 and sent the invitations for the media. The event will take place on Tuesday, October 30 in New York.

Apple officially announces October event

Although Apple’s previous keynote is not that long ago, we can start preparing for the next one. Through an invitation, the company invited the press for a keynote.

For this, the company sent out dozens of different invitations, which all look slightly different. However, they all carry the same punchline – “There’s More In The Making”.

Surprisingly, Apple is not holding this event at the Steve Jobs Theater, but at the Howard Gilman Opera House in New York.

Apple October Event

As always, you do not need an invitation to keep a close watch on all the interesting new announcements. Apple will broadcast a live stream of the event, which can be viewed all over the world. According to the official event web page, The keynote will kick off at 10 a.m. EDT.

It is the third Apple event of 2018, and, most likely, also the last. At the beginning of this year, Apple organized a presentation in March that focused entirely on the new iPad (2018).

In September, the company held the biggest event of the year and unveiled the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR.

New iPad Pro and MacBook Air to be unveiled

During the previous event, Apple’s flagship smartphones and Apple Watch Series 4 hogged the limelight. In October, however, it is time for other products of the company to be unveiled.

We expect the new iPad Pro to be the most important announcement of the event. The tablet will get a major redesign with a stunning bezel-less display, Face ID, and a home button-less front panel.

In addition, MacBook Air may get a much-needed refresh, with Retina screen and other features.

Finally, there’s a slight possibility that Apple may use this event to unveil a new 12-inch MacBook, Mac Mini, second-generation AirPods, and even AirPower.
